Great builder with excellent pricing. HAll of their work has been nothing short of perfection. Very hands on and easy to work with when it came to changes.
On a side note, I met another client of theirs they built a home for. It was a beautiful home on the West side. You could see the quality from the foundation to the roofing. In addition to the home, they built a few structures I believe one is a garage and the other a workshop of some sort. From the foundation up, they were built with superior materials. I couldn't believe the price they built them for. If your looking to build any type of structure, I highly recommend Settlers West Home Builder LLC.
